I think so. And something meaningfull has happened I wasnt aware of it earlier. The vote to convert the preferreds to commons. I'll put out my take about it at some point. But I assume the price is down because people are rotating to preferreds to catch potential arbitrage.

Was the proposal adopted and what is the convertion ratio? How manny common for one preffered? Any special requimerents/conditions/etc. ?
